Individual Appointments at the Private Practice
Please use the possibility of getting to know me in person before you make a decision for starting a consultation or therapy process. You will receive a first assessment by means of your individual situation and your request in a detailed appr. one-hour first session.
Fees
The offers of the Private Practice Ina Koslowski like couples and sex therapy as well as emotion-focused (psycho-)therapy are not included in the standard service regulations of health insurance schemes. Accordingly, claims of these services are covered by the clients resp. patients themselves.
The private fee for an initial session will be invoiced in accordance to the rate of 180 Euros / 60 minutes, rates and duration for follow-up sessions will then be discussed.
Appointment cancellation
In case of a previously agreed appointment is not kept or postponed at short notice (less than 48 hours in advance), usually no other client is available and can be accepted. Irrespective of the reason of unavailability, may it be illness, overlapping appointments, traffic or similar issues, the appointments, that have not been kept, can be invoiced. The amount of the cancellation fee corresponds to the fee of the previously agreed private fee (damages due to the so-called default acceptance of the client, if there is no fault of the client, cf. the German civil law §§ 293, 615 BGB). Appointments, that have been cancelled or postponed on time, that is, at least 48 hours in advance, are not invoiced.
A conversion from presence to online, or a change of the setting (individual / couples) is possible at short notice by prior arrangement.
